Dark Chocolate Almond Blueberry Bark

Can't beat a better-for-you chocolate treat and this one is totally delicious!! Big bonus is that it's a cinch to make! try it with different dried fruits too if you like.

Ingredients

- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

- 1/2 cup sliced or coarsely chopped almonds, toasted

- 1/3 cup dried blueberries

- Sea salt

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.​

  2. In a double boiler or bowl set over simmering water, melt the chocolate, stirring often until it's melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir the almonds and blueberries into the melted chocolate. Spread the mixture onto the waxed paper until it's about 1/4 inch thick.

  4. Refrigerate the bark until firm, about 2 hours. Break or cut into chunks.

  5. Store in the refrigerator.
