Smoothie pops

Super simple and healthy make-over of sugary popsicles. Your kids can eat as many of these as they want!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit (frozen is fine- these are blueberry)

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 cup milk of choice

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in the food processor 

  • Blend up

  • Place in popsicle molds and freeze for several hours or overnight
