Sometimes you just need a chocolate fix and this is a great way to get that plus a boost of healthy fats.  We make this most often when we have avocadoes that ripen too fast...let's be honest that doesn't happen a lot as we love them.  When it does though, we make this go-to oh-so delicious treat.  

Ingredients

- 3 large avocados, soft and ripe

- 1/4 cup cacao powder

- 3 to 6 Tbsp. coconut milk

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 2 tsp. coconut oil

- 2 Tbsp. raw honey

Directions

​

  1. Combine avocado, cacao powder, coconut milk, vanilla, coconut oil and honey in blender. Blend on high for 5 minutes or until smooth.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
