Watermelon Pizza

Watermelon is the best, but sometimes it's fun to change up the way you eat it!  Watermelon pizza is a fun twist for the kids.  Yogurt is the sauce and you can top with any fruit you have!  

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon honey

- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 large round slices watermelon (about 1 inch thick), cut from the center of the melon

- ½ cup halved blackberries or other fruit

 - 2 tablespoons torn fresh mint leaves (if desired)

Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, honey and vanilla in a small bowl.

  2. Spread ¼ cup yogurt mixture over each slice of watermelon. Cut each slice into 8 wedges. Top with strawberries, blackberries and mint (or other fruit of choice).
