Savor LIFE Fitness
Each month we begin a new fitness focused accountability or support group with the main goal being to support each other as we begin or build upon healthier habits related to eating, nutrition, exercise, and personal development. We provide daily inspiration, tips, recipes, and support, and so many girls have made progress in meeting their health goals and losing 10 or more lbs while they are in the group. And best of all they learn to keep it off after!
Online workouts, easy meal plans, simple recipes, and motivation are just a few of the amazing parts of these groups, and once you join, you are welcome to keep on joining in the fun to keep up the healthier lifestyle!
