So, if you’re feeling like you're stuck mentally or physically, like nothing works like it used to as your body changes, if you have inconsistent health habits, or want to learn to eat better in real life on-the-go, this challenge to RENEW YOUR MIND; RESET & BLESS YOUR BODY is for you!

PURPOSE :
​​​​​
- A 6 week online challenge starting September 8 to help, encourage, and support you with these main objectives:
​​​​​​​
- Renew your mind and how you think of your body so that you bless it with your thoughts and actions
​​​
- Reset your metabolism, balance blood sugar, and support key body functions (for your liver, methylation, etc) to help you gain health and lose weight
​​​
- Learn and practice food-based healthy habits in real life
​​​​​​
​​​​

STRUCTURE:
​​​​​
- Coaching with Kendra to identify and address the area you most want to improve in your mindset and body and turn these in to healthy habits for life​
- Private online group where encouragement, scriptures, information, recipes, and more will be shared for weekly support
​​​
PROGRAM:
​​​​​
- You will receive my Reset: Build Healthy Habits for Life program to help you support key body functions including liver support/detox, nervous system regulation, balancing blood sugar, hormone health, and more. This is general information for you to use and add to your lifestyle (by selecting a habit and practicing it, then adding on)
​​
- You will also receive the R3 program and materials to help you reset your metabolism, curb/eliminate addictions and cravings and balance blood sugar. The major steps of this program are to: 1. Eat protein within an hour of waking up; 2. E​at every 2.5/3 hours according to hunger to help move your metabolism; 3. Focus on the YES foods list. The program does not count calories or macros. It encourages you to learn to listen to your body and switch from fat storage to fat burning and muscle building.

- Other fueling approaches are also allowed or encouraged, especially if you have one that works well for you, but you need encouragement or a challenge to help provide accountability. I am also familiar with and able to help with the Trim Healthy lifestyle, Portion Fix approach, 2B mindset, and overall well balanced whole food eating.

For middle-aged mamas and others who want to have more energy, feel stronger and alive in their bodies while working to lose weight/build muscle and gain health in a more natural way using food and lifestyle improvements.​​

1. Visit this link in the Savor Store and sign up for the personal coaching, group support, and relevant materials for just $50 for the whole 6 weeks. More information will then be emailed to you prior to the start of the course/challenge.

2. Shop at our online wellness store to support you and your family in this challenge and to help bring better health to your family. Many of the food snacks, such as protein muffins and pancakes, meat sticks, nut bites, snack bars, protein powders, and more can be used as helpers in the R3 program, and so many other non-toxic products including cleaners, make-up, and bodycare items can help your health as (normal grocery store/big box products often contain toxins/chemicals that are hard on your liver and overall body).
