Tortilla pizzas

Such a simple and lower carb alternative to regular pizza.  It's a kid favorite around our house and adult too!


- Whole grain tortilla

- Olive oil

- Mozzarella and parmesan cheese

- Toppings of your choice

- Italian Seasoning

- Garlic Salt

- Fresh Basil (if desired)


  1. Get out your whole grain tortilla and rub with a little olive oil.

  2. Sprinkle some of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.

  3. Add whatever toppings you like and a sprinkle with italian seasoning and garlic salt.

  4. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or so depending how crispy you like things.

  5. Even better with garden fresh basil on top in the summer.
